Engineer, erudite, gamer, distributed systems and artificial intelligence nut. My opinions are my own. Although we do work in Fashion Industry, I find pretending to work utterly difficult and surprisingly exhausting. Growing for sake of growing is very similar. It doesn’t differentiate much from cancer cell ideology of life. While we indeed can ask someone to relocate, it is crucial to comprehend that moving to your location is no different from moving to Auckland, Tokyo, Hong Kong or any other wonderful or unique place. Modern organisations are not only already successful with remoting, but often ahead of the curve thanks to it. I cannot understand why people are being asked to do some online coding tests or to answer questions where no answer is correct - it differs so much from day to day work we do.
