Vladyslav Sivyakov has over 22 years of increasing responsibility in technology team leadership, project management and software architecture, and business analysis. He has acted as the technology division manager for the Kiev offices overseas, providing senior management and direction to the development teams during the completion of I.T. projects. His in-depth knowledge of both business and technology has been utilized in providing skilled business analysis to clients, with an emphasis on identifying core project requirements, and suggesting/implementing the technologies and processes to bring the project to successful completion, on time and within budget. Key client accounts that he has assumed technical and analytical leadership for have ranged in size from 200 hours, to 2,000 man-hours or larger in scope. During his tenure at a variety of technology firms prior to coming to current employer, Mr. Sivyakov was a senior project manager and information technology analyst, providing professional management of development teams during the design, development, testing and implementation of Web-based technologies for clients. He is well-versed in Microsoft (C#, ASP.NET) technologies, including providing support to native databases for applications he and his teams have developed.
