About Me

Community Director at TQ Overal I’m passionate about enabling people through digital products. Previously I did this as head of growth at ed-tech startup Gibbon (acquired by Degreed) where we scaled our solution to global coverage. Helping people and companies learn from each other through our platform. With a strong focus on translating business need into new products and services I’ve lead programs for larger corporations (Rabobank, ABinBEV, Liberty Global). With an analytical approach I worked with corporate teams on new products, we accelerated projects as well as educating teams to work differently and adapt to a digital future. As part of Techstars startup programs I’ve been facilitating and organising startupweekends as well as various other events, workshops and conferences, like The Next Web and Startup Extreme around the world. Currently I'm the Community Director of TQ - a techhub in Amsterdam founded by TNW in partnership with Google for Entrepreneurs - At TQ I setup and oversee our operations and community team. Grew our residency program to 50+ international startups that we help with their growth.
