CTO at ELEKS I started IT career in 1989 from HW development, through IT infrastructure maintenance and support, to SW engineering, including software development, system analysis&architecture design, business analysis, project&program management, IT & technologies leadership, IT consulting. My industry background includes full range of positions starting as HW engineer at R&D department through all set of levels in R&D and industrial SW development, project & program management, new business unit building from the scratch & up-to 250 team members under direct management, product scoping & management, middle management level duties execution till recent top level strategic & visionary positions of EVP/CTO/CIO/CEO of Development & Consulting Services companies.
In my practices I widely used different processes and methodologies depending on domain, the type of projects, developers’ skillsets & experience, desirable calendar schedule, based on Waterfall, RUP, Agile/SCRUM/Kanban & their modifications, as well as providing organizational, SDLC & ITIL & BPM Consulting, BSC & KPI development and implementation.
