I work closely with Product Managers and Owners, Scrum Masters, Technical Project managers, Project sponsors and the Business Solutions Architects, as well as our Devops team.

I work extensively with internal London and outsourced teams (located in Kiev Ukraine) and onshored externals located in London, to make sure what we want is what we get.
I also handle the handover to our production teams, this includes solution infrastructure and in depth support documentation, I also handle group training on 1st line problem escalation and 2nd and 3rd Line troubleshooting when required.
